With a clear color and a special smell, this product contains organic and mineral edible acids that reduce the pH of water. Acidification of poultry drinking water using Acido prevents the accumulation of sediments resulting from hard water or biofilms and also the growth of algae and bacteria in water supply pipes.
The addition of this product to water can provide the protons (H3O+) necessary for completing the process of oxidizing the water disinfectants and, as a result, increases the efficiency of such disinfectants. Moreover, by regulating the intestinal pH of poultry, Acido improves digestion and gastrointestinal functions and also reduces bed humidity.
Usage Method
Depending on the water pH, dilute 100 to 300 ml of Acido with 20 liters of water and then add the resulting solution to 1,000 liters of drinking water to set the water pH at 5-6.
After regulating the pH, you can disinfect the water by using an appropriate disinfectant.
If the water supply pipes were already congested with sediments and pollutants, the pipes should be descaled.
